In the first year, students develop essential foundational communication skills that support their academic and professional growth. The module on Reading Skills enhances their ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret written content effectively. Nonverbal Communication introduces students to the impact of body language, facial expressions, and gestures on interpersonal interactions. Through Visual Aids, they learn to incorporate slides, charts, and graphics to strengthen the quality of their presentations. The Presentation Structure component trains them to organize information clearly with a well-defined introduction, body, and conclusion. Additionally, Industry Research equips students with knowledge of companies, job roles, and current industry trends, enabling them to develop early career awareness.
In the second year, the focus shifts toward refining professional identity and enhancing presentation competence. Students begin with Self-Introduction, where they learn to confidently articulate their background, strengths, and aspirations in interviews and networking settings. The Third Eye activity fosters deeper observation, self-awareness, and reflective thinking. Through Professional Networking, students acquire strategies to build and maintain valuable connections across platforms such as LinkedIn and professional events. Core Presentation 1 and Core Presentation 2 further strengthen their communication abilities, enabling them to deliver structured, clear, and engaging presentations on subject-specific topics.
In the third year, the emphasis is on employability and showcasing readiness for the corporate environment. Students prepare a Video Resume, presenting their skills, achievements, and personality in a concise and professional format. The Project component allows them to demonstrate technical expertise and problem-solving abilities through academic or real-time projects. Prior Experience encourages students to highlight internships, volunteer work, and part-time roles that contribute to their professional profile. Through My Best Skill, students identify and articulate their strongest competency supported by practical examples. Finally, the One-way Video Interview trains them for modern hiring processes by helping them deliver confident and well-structured responses in a recorded interview format.
